Georgia is ground zero again. Sitting here just a few miles from the Fulton County Jail, I watch some of the 18 defendants charged in the Fulton County racketeering case walk in and out of jail. Today, I heard Rudi Giuliani’s claim that the case against him and others is ridiculous. I also learned that Mark Meadows and Jeffrey Clark are trying to find a way to avoid arrest. A judge turned them down. However, if they don’t turn themselves in by tomorrow at noon, the Fulton County sheriff will issue arrest warrants.

Trump’s “Perfect Phone Call” was an assault on truth. Trump’s phone call has led to one of the most critical investigations against former president Trump. Mr. Trump will be booked at the Fulton County (Georgia) jail within a week.

Donald Trump and 18 others have been accused of knowingly and willfully joining a racketeering enterprise to unlawfully change the outcome of the election (in Georgia) in favor of Trump. According to the Fulton County indictment, the enterprise contained a common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and other states.

Fulton County Attorney General Fani Willis uses the phone call in her criminal investigation of election interference. Georgia Republican elites, Trump’s attorneys and advisors, and others may be indicted.
