Spongelab: A New Resource for Science Teachers

I received a message from Jeremy Friedberg, founder of Spongelab Interactive. It’s a powerful website, and is identified as a Global Science Community. You will find Games & Interactives, Animations, Graphics, and a section For Teachers. The site is “a game itself” and its puts you in charge of what you do on the site. Not only do have available very well designed games, interactives, and graphics, but you can contribute to the site, involve your students, and create and join communities.
One of the games that I took a brief look at was The History of Biology Game, one of more than 70 games in biology, physical science and earth/space science.

One of the many games you will find in the Spongelab Interactive site. You make use of the internet to find clues and complete missions to brake the code, and discover science.

I recommend that you visit this interesting website, and see how you can make use of the ideas and resources.  You will find lots of information the Spongelab Newsletter.
