The election victory by Democrat Doug Jones marks a moment time that calls for a loud shout out to those people in Alabama who helped people get to the polls and vote for “dignity and the rule of law.”
It is a victory for the women who spoke out against Moore, and Trump, and those women who risked their lives and profession to bring out of the darkness how women have been treated at home and in the workplace.

This is an article written by a group of Georgia public schools high school students. One of the students to Marietta High, just a few miles away from my home.
